At Tenni, we are committed to sustainability, and as part of our eco-conscious approach, we do not accept returns for posters, hoodies, or t-shirts. These items are made on demand, specifically for you, which helps us minimize waste and overproduction.

However, other merchandise such as photo packs, keychains, and pins can be returned within 30 days, provided they are in their original packaging and undamaged.
